Summary:

· With the acceleration of urbanization, problems such as traffic congestion, accident risk and delayed emergency response have become increasingly prominent. Studies on urban traffic intelligent governance and resilience system through the integration of big data, artificial intelligence and Internet of things technology, the construction of a traffic management system with dynamic perception, intelligent decision-making and rapid recovery are of great significance to improve urban operation efficiency and safety resilience.
