This transition faces systemic challenges including technological interoperability barriers, infrastructure resilience deficits, and suboptimal clean energy integration efficiency. Accordingly, this theme focuses on multidimensional core issues—spanning research, technology, engineering, and governance—to explore methodological frameworks and development pathways for future urban transportation systems.
